Steps for Start-up Registration in India

Step 1: Incorporate Your Entity
Register your business as a Private Limited Company, LLP, or Partnership Firm through MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).

Step 2: Register under Start-up India Scheme
Create an account on the Start-up India portal and apply for recognition by uploading necessary documents in PDF format.

Step 3: Self-Certify Your Eligibility
You must confirm that:

  • Business is less than 10 years old

  • Turnover is under ₹100 crores

Step 4: DPIIT Recognition
