Step 1: Name Reservation (RUN Form)

Step 3: Drafting MOA & AOA

Step 4: Filing SPICe+ Form with RoC
All incorporation documents are filed with the RoC through the SPICe+ form online portal.
Step 5: License under Section 8
We file Form INC-12 to apply for the Section 8 license along with declarations and project plans.
Step 6: Certificate of Incorporation
Once approved, the Registrar issues the Certificate of Incorporation and the Section 8 license.
Step 7: PAN, TAN, and Bank Account Opening
