What is a One Person Company (OPC)?

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Natural persons who are Indian citizens and residents in India can incorporate OPC.

• A person cannot incorporate or be a nominee in more than one OPC.

• OPC must convert to Private Limited if:

  • Paid-up capital exceeds ₹50 lakhs

  • Annual turnover crosses ₹2 crores (for 3 consecutive financial years)
