    File Part A of SPICe+ via MCA Portal to reserve your company name.

  2. Filing Part B of SPICe+
    Enter all details for company incorporation including Directors, Subscribers, Share Capital, etc.

  3. DSC Application & Document Upload
    Affix Digital Signatures on SPICe+ PDF and upload to the MCA portal.

  4. AGILE-PRO Form Submission
    Mandatory application for:

    • EPFO and ESIC registration

    • Profession Tax (For Maharashtra-based companies)

    • Opening a Bank Account

  5. Declaration of Subscribers & First Directors (INC-9)
    Automatically generated and electronically filed, except when:

    • Number of subscribers/directors > 20

    • Any subscriber/director lacks PAN/DIN

  6. Final Submission & Certificate Issuance
    After verification, you’ll receive:

    • Certificate of Incorporation

    • PAN & TAN of the company

    • ESIC/EPFO/Bank Account credentials
